Flying Photographer

Embark on the trip of a lifetime in the company of a highly-specialized
photographer, learning how to capture the perfect photo while you travel.

My “Thunder Dragon Through the Lens” photography workshop was both remarkably enjoyable and extremely successful, and the experience left me with a desire to continue leading custom instructional photographic storytelling adventures, in Bhutan and beyond.

Upon my return to Singapore I was introduced to luxury tour operator Scott Dunn, a company that specializes in creating tailor-made travel experiences to destinations around the globe.  Coincidentally, Scott Dunn was looking to introduce the new “Flying Photographer” initiative, where their clients could enlist the services of a highly-specialized, private photographer to provide them with personal photographic mentorship during their holiday.  I was immediately interested, and over the past few months — with the assistance of my friends at Vim & Vigour PR — we have been working to iron out the details.  And this week, Scott Dunn’s “Flying Photographer”, featuring myself and UK-based photographer, Jon Nicolson, rolled-out globally.

This program can be completely customized, and Scott Dunn’s clients can choose whether they prefer individual coaching for the duration of their vacation or simply for a portion of their holiday.  And whether it’s introducing the basics of lighting, exposure and composition, assisting to refresh technical fundamentals, or providing in-depth travel photography tips and experienced visual storytelling insights, the goal of the “Flying Photographer” is to provide Scott Dunn’s clients with a unique and personal photographic experience, all the while assisting them to create a body of work that beautifully tells the story of their overseas adventure.

It brings me tremendous joy to share my passions of picture making and cultural curiosity with like-minded explorers.  And I am already excited to partner with Scott Dunn and their clients in leading bespoke photographic adventures across Asia and around the world.
