Hiking up mountains, riding cross-country on motorcycles and
trekking for days might seem like the most amazing life experience.
For SanDisk Extreme Team member Scott A. Woodward,
this is the life as an adventure photographer.
As a SanDisk Extreme Team member, I’ve been working closely with my friends at SanDisk and their content agency FK3 for a number of years. Together we’ve undertaken various social media initiatives, content creation partnerships, visual storytelling series, electronic direct marketing projects and immersive photography workshop sponsorships.
Our most recent collaboration is a series of advertising features in Outdoor Photographer magazine, a premium monthly periodical for image making enthusiasts and professionals, designed to help them capture their best wildlife, travel and outdoor sports photography. Together the team at FK3 in London and I created this campaign for Outdoor Photographer’s May and June 2018 issues respectively.
The first creative is a photograph of me en route to Mount Everest Base Camp in Tibet and incorporates just a simple quote about my personal experience with the SanDisk brand, while the second creative is an image of me overlooking the iconic Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan and includes excerpts from a longer interview that I gave to SanDisk about my life and experiences as an adventure photographer.
