Earlier this month I was contacted by my friends at SanDisk. They were working on developing ‘Behind The Lens’, a global social media campaign featuring some of their SanDisk Extreme Team Members, and were seeking my participation. The concept was simple: to feature a handful of SanDisk photographers by creating a series a posts for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (below) that include a profile photograph, brief biography and five signature photographs, along with some background information about the equipment used and where and how each image was made. I was the first Extreme Team Member to be profiled as the campaign started rolling out across SanDisk’s international social media platforms last week.
