When my team and I were asked by Nikon to help launch the new Nikon D4S — and challenged to reach to extremes for both our creativity and the new camera — we knew immediately where we wanted to go: the enigmatic Kingdom of Bhutan.
Over the span of 17 days, our team of eight, led by 10 Bhutanese guides and their 21 pack-horses, trekked high into Bhutan’s Himalayan Mountains to create three short films and a collection of photographs that truly showcase the professional features and rugged capabilities of Nikon’s flagship camera.
